Angie the Ant, adorned with her leg warmers, headband and wristbands, grabbed her water bottle and towel, and hit the gym last week...Golds Gym in Charleston, SC. Starting with her favorite class, spinning, Angie worked up a sweat under the guidance of her instructor Amy, but only lasted about 5 minutes. "It was just too hot for me in there!" Angie stated breathlessly. So, she moved on to the treadmill and elliptical machines. "They give you a great workout too!"

Then Angie visited the children's workout room and played ball with a new friend!

She then headed into the weight room for a workout with her trainer...she did fifteen reps!

After that, Angie was pretty tired but she had to keep going. The secret to staying healthy and fit is a balanced workout and good nutrition. She headed off to the dance room to work on some new moves, and then hit the floor for some sit-ups.
